Wound healing is a complex pathophysiological process, among which the healing of chronic and refractory wounds is the most difficult, which is usually caused by a series of severe wounds and underlying diseases, affected by various factors into the pathological healing process, and is difficult to heal applying conventional treatment. Although this kind of wound is not fatal, due to the long course of disease, complications and high cost, treatment effect and social economic development are seriously affected. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of basic research on chronic refractory wounds at home and abroad, mechanism and treatment of wound healing have gradually surfaced, and relevant functional wound dressings have emerged. However, there is no consensus on the clinical evaluation of functional wound dressings up to now. To this end, we organized domestic experts in relevant fields to co-write this consensus, aiming to provide guiding recommendations for the clinical evaluation of functional wound dressings.

Stroke is a common disease worldwide, and post-stroke rehabilitation is a long-term and complex process that requires a combination of multiple treatments and methods. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence, the application of intelligent rehabilitation technologies in stroke rehabilitation has received increasing attention and application. These technologies include virtual reality, remote monitoring, and motion sensing, which can provide personalised, efficient and convenient rehabilitation programmes. Despite the promising application of intelligent rehabilitation technologies, their application still faces some challenges, such as the lack of standardised operation guidelines, compatibility problems between different technologies, and insufficient knowledge of technology application between doctors and patients. Therefore, the development of an expert consensus can help to address these challenges, promote the standardised application of the technology, and provide guidance on the application of intelligent rehabilitation technology in stroke patients, which can help to improve treatment outcomes and reduce medical risks.

Primary lung cancer, which leads in both incidence and mortality rates among all malignant tumors in China, ranks first in fatalities caused by malignant diseases. Given the lung's rich blood supply, distant metastases of lung cancer are common, with the brain being a frequent site for such metastasis. Patients with brain metastases from lung cancer have a poor prognosis, with a natural median survival time of only 1 to 2 months. However, the rapid development of surgical procedures, radiotherapy techniques, and medical treatments has increasingly diversified treatment options for these patients. The treatment level for stage IV primary lung cancer in China has been continuously improving, enhancing the quality of life and extending the survival time for patients with brain metastases from lung cancer. To further standardize the treatment of patients with brain metastases from lung cancer in China, Professors Zhi-Xiu Yi and Jie Wang have spearheaded the development of the "Chinese Guidelines for Managing Brain Metastases in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with Actionable Driver Mutation (2025 Edition) " aiming to comprehensively improve the survival prognosis of these patients.

Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorders pose a grave threat to maternal life due to severe hemorrhage and the heightened risk of peripartum hysterectomy. Accurate diagnosis of PAS during pregnancy can significantly improve outcomes. Currently, ultrasound serves as the main diagnostic method for PAS. This expert consensus aims to provide guidance based on current evidence-based medicine on key issues related to ultrasound diagnosis of PAS, to promote the standardized and effective application of ultrasound in PAS diagnosis.
