我国结核病(Tuberculosis,TB)发病率居高不下,聚集性疫情形势严峻。由于我国流行的结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)菌株同源性较高, 使用传统的检测方法难以对不同类型或处于不同进化阶段的 MTB进行准确鉴别, 使MTB的传播监测和溯源工作受到限制。全基因组测序(whole genome sequencing, WGS)可以精准鉴定MTB传播事件的发生过程、先后顺序及传播源的数量,为防控TB聚集性疫情提供科学、精准的干预措施。
为进一步规范WGS在MTB传播监测中的应用,浙江省疾病预防控制中心联合浙江省防痨协会组织相关专家制定本专家共识。 |
Purpose of the guideline:

The incidence of tuberculosis (TB) remains high in China, and the situation of cluster outbreaks is critical. Due to the high homology of dominant MTB strains in China,it is difficult to accurately identify MTBs of different types or at different stages of evolution using traditional assays. This limits MTB transmission monitoring and traceability efforts. Whole genome sequencing (WGS) can accurately characterize the process, sequence of MTB transmission, and transmission source number of MTB. Providing scientific and precise interventions for the prevention and control of TB cluster outbreaks.
To further standardize the application of WGS in MTB transmission monitoring, the Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Zhejiang Antituberculosis Association organized relevant experts to formulate this expert consensus. |
