| 指南制订的目的： | 癌痛是肿瘤患者最常见的症状之一，并严重影响其生活质量。癌痛管理与肿瘤治疗相辅相成，须做到统筹兼顾，贯穿全程。为更好地指导癌痛的全程管理，国家卫生健康委能力建设和继续教育中心发起“癌痛全程管理精准能力提升项目”，组织国内相关领域专家制定《癌痛全程管理中国专家共识（2024）》。本共识基于多学科诊疗模式和现有临床证据，提出癌痛全程管理方案，以规范并促进我国癌痛管理工作。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Pain is one of the most common symptoms in cancer patients, which significantly affects the patients‘ quality of life. Cancer pain management should be integrated into cancer treatment plans throughout the care continuum. To better guide the whole-course management of cancer pain, National Health Commission Capacity Building and Continuing Education Center has gathered multidisciplinary experts and scholars in relevant fields to formulate the Chinese expert consensus on the whole-process management of cancer pain (2024). Based on the multidisciplinary care model and current clinical evidence and experiences, this expert consensus proposes cancer pain management pathway, to standardize and promote the clinical work of the cancer pain management in China. |
