| 指南制订的目的： | 前交叉韧带（ACL）损伤是常见的膝关节运动性损伤之一，严重影响膝关节的功能。据报道，美国每年有20万以上人发生ACL损伤，约12万人接受ACL重建。我国随着全民健身运动的开展，ACL损伤的发病率也在快速上涨。尽管技术不断改良，传统ACL重建始终存在移植物需求高、手术创伤大等缺陷。近年来，ACL全内重建的出现有助于解决上述问题，但新技术存在技术壁垒，规范化临床应用尚缺乏相应参考。因此，对于ACL全内重建，目前急需相关专家共识的指导。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are one of the common knee sports injuries that severely affect knee function. It is reported that over 200,000 individuals in the United States experience ACL injuries annually, with approximately 120,000 undergoing ACL reconstruction. As China's national fitness campaign gains momentum, the incidence of ACL injury is also rapidly increasing. Despite the continuous advancements in technology, traditional ACL reconstruction has consistently faced challenges such as high graft demand and significant surgical trauma. In recent years, the emergence of all-inside ACL reconstruction has provided a potential solution to these issues; however, this novel technique still presents technical barriers and lacks corresponding reference. Therefore, there is an urgent need for expert consensus to guide the implementation of all-inside ACL reconstruction. |
