Purpose of the guideline: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are one of the common knee sports injuries that severely affect knee function. It is reported that over 200,000 individuals in the United States experience ACL injuries annually, with approximately 120,000 undergoing ACL reconstruction. As China's national fitness campaign gains momentum, the incidence of ACL injury is also rapidly increasing. Despite the continuous advancements in technology, traditional ACL reconstruction has consistently faced challenges such as high graft demand and significant surgical trauma. In recent years, the emergence of all-inside ACL reconstruction has provided a potential solution to these issues; however, this novel technique still presents technical barriers and lacks corresponding reference. Therefore, there is an urgent need for expert consensus to guide the implementation of all-inside ACL reconstruction.
