指南制订的目的: 慢阻肺患者、支气管扩张、重症流感、哮喘等患者合并肺部真菌感染为临床构成严重的问题,我国慢阻肺总患病人数约1亿人,为进一步加强临床对于慢阻肺患者合并肺部侵袭性霉菌感染患者的认识和诊治能力,增强各级医院在早期对于慢阻肺患者合并肺部侵袭性霉菌感染高危患者的意识,规范早期通过影像、微生物等手段的诊断能力,中华医学会呼吸病学分会感染学组、中华医学会呼吸病学分会慢阻肺学组携手,发起《慢阻肺合并肺部侵袭性霉菌感染诊治专家共识》的制订工作。
Purpose of the guideline: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients, bronchiectasis, severe influenza, asthma and other diseases with pulmonary fungal infection constitute a serious clinical problem. The total number of patients with COPD in China is about 100 million. To further strengthen the clinical understanding, diagnosis and treatment of COPD patients with invasive fungal infection of the lung, and enhance the awareness of hospitals at all levels of high-risk patients with COPD patients with invasive fungal infection of the lung in the early stage, and to standardize the early diagnostic ability through imaging, microbiology and other means, Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Association Infection Group and Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Branch Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Group jointly led Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Invasive Mold infecion in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Obstruction.
