| 指南制订的目的： | 为规范妊娠相关乳腺癌临床诊治流程，中华医学会外科学分会乳腺外科学组在《妊娠相关性乳腺癌临床诊治专家共识（2020 版）》的基础上，参照GRADE（Grading of Recommendations Assessment，Development and Evaluation）方法对PABC的临床研究证据质量进行评价，并结合我国患者临床特点以及中国乳腺外科临床实践的可及性，制定中华医学会外科学分会乳腺外科学组（CSBrS）妊娠相关乳腺癌临床实践指南（2021版），为国内乳腺外科医生临床工作提供参考。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | To standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PABC, based on the Expert consensus on clinical treatment of pregnancy-associated breast cancer (2020 Edition), the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery evaluated the level of evidence in clinical research of PABC by referring to Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system. Combined with the clinical characteristics of patients and accessibility of the clinical practice of breast surgery in China, the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pregnancy-associated Breast Cancer 2021 were created to provide reference for the clinical work of breast surgeons in China. |
