Purpose of the guideline: To standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PABC, based on the Expert consensus on clinical treatment of pregnancy-associated breast cancer (2020 Edition), the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery evaluated the level of evidence in clinical research of PABC by referring to Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system. Combined with the clinical characteristics of patients and accessibility of the clinical practice of breast surgery in China, the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pregnancy-associated Breast Cancer 2021 were created to provide reference for the clinical work of breast surgeons in China.
