| 证据分级方法： | 根据预先筛选的文献，初拟了共识意见和解读与证据。然后组织问卷调查，内容是针对每个推荐意见进行李克特量表评分，并可自由填写的修改意见和建议。推荐意见采用李克特量表评分（Likert scale）：7分=非常同意，6分=同意，5分=一般同意，4分=不确定，3分=不太同意，2分=不同意，1分=完全不同意。当推荐意见评分≥ 6分的专家超过70%，则为该条推荐意见达成共识。本共识共凝练出15条拟推荐意见。专家推荐程度以“共识度”标注，共识度=评分≥ 6分的专家/总参评专家人数×100%。 |
| Evidence grading method： | Based on the pre-screened literature, the consensus opinion, interpretation and evidence were initially drawn up. Then a questionnaire survey was organized, the content of which was the Likert scale score for each recommendation, and the modification opinions and suggestions were freely filled in. The recommendations were scored on the Likert scale: 7 points = strongly agree, 6 points = agree, 5 points = general agree, 4 points = uncertain, 3 points = strongly agree, 2 points = disagree, 1 point = completely disagree. When more than 70% of experts have a recommendation score of ≥ 6, a consensus is reached for the recommendation. This consensus summarizes 15 proposed recommendations. Expert recommendation degree is marked with "consensus degree", consensus degree = number of experts scoring ≥ 6 points/total participating experts ×100%. |

| 指南制订的目的： | 随着医学信息的发展与进步，麻醉信息管理系统已经从简单、自动化的术中记录功能发展到具有数据治理能力和嵌合有多种功能和特性。其已逐渐应用在记录、管理和辅助患者的整个围手术期诊疗，并获得良好的临床效果。当前临床医师对其了解和应用程度相对较低。因此，近年来麻醉信息学概念应运而生。为了更好推动麻醉信息管理系统建设和临床应用，麻醉学领域以及相关专家组成工作组，在借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上，围绕系统建设和应用为中心，经过反复论证，制定了本共识，为临床医师及致力于麻醉信息学研究的科研工作者提供参考。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | With the development and progress of medical information, anesthesia information management systems has developed from simple and automated intraoperative recording function to data governance capability and embedded with various functions and characteristics. It has been gradually applied to record, manage and assist patients in the perioperative period of diagnosis and treatment, and has obtained good clinical results. At present, the degree of understanding and application of it by anesthesiologists is relatively low. Therefore, the concept of anesthesia informatics has emerged in recent years. In order to better promote the construction and clinical application of anesthesia information management systems, anesthesiology and related experts formed a task force, based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, centered on system construction and application, formulated this consensus after repeated argumentation. This consensus was developed for clinicians and researchers working on anesthesia informatics. |
