| 指南制订的目的： | 寻常性痤疮以粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿、结节等为临床主要表现，严重影响患者容貌和身心健康。准确的痤疮严重度分级可以为患者的临床治疗方案提供依据，并有效评估临床疗效。由上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院牵头，组织全国专家，在综合国内外循证医学证据的基础上，制定适合我国国情的寻常痤疮临床严重度分级及疗效评价共识，旨在为寻常性痤疮临床精准用药、提高疗效提供指导。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | The main clinical manifestations of acne vulgaris are acne, papules, pustules, cysts or nodules, and acne vulgaris seriously affect the patient's appearance and physical and mental health. Accurate severity grading can provide a basis for clinical treatment for patients with acne vulgaris, and evaluate the clinical efficacy effectively. On the basis of comprehensive domestic and international evidence-based medicine evidence, this guide, which is organized by Ren Ji Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, brings national experts together to develop concencus suitable for China’s national conditions, and it will provide guidance for precise clinical medication and improved efficacy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. |
