| Purpose of the guideline: | Breast tissue localization wire and localization marker clip are implantable positioning devices that can locate primary breast lesions and axillary lymph node metastases under imaging guidance through percutaneous puncture marking. They are important tools for carrying out precise functional breast surgery. By using breast tissue localization wire and localization marker clip for accurate localization of breast and axillary lesions, the target lesions can be completely removed while reducing damage to surrounding normal tissue on the basis of ensuring the safety of the tumor. Based on literature review and discussion, the Breast Surgery Section of the Chinese Medical Association organized experts to evaluate the relevant evidence according to the GRADE system. Combining with the latest domestic and foreign developments and clinical practices, the guidelines for clinical practice of visual percutaneous puncture breast tissue localization marker clip in the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Breast Surgery of the Chinese Medical Association (2021 edition) have been updated. The aim is to provide reference and guidance for domestic breast surgeons in clinical work. |
