| 指南制订的目的： | 以腹腔镜、十二指肠镜为基础的软硬镜联合的内镜外科微诊疗技术是肝胆胰疾病的主要诊疗手段。本共识明确了外科ERCP的培训对象与资质、培训方案、培训周期、质控标准、考核标准5个方面的内容，形成外科ERCP培训体系的建议，以期为我国外科ERCP规范化培训模式的建立提供重要依据。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | The combination of hard and soft endoscopy based on laparoscopy and duodenoscopy is the main approach of diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. This expert consensus defines the training object and qualification, training programme, training cycle, quality control standard and assessment standard of ERCP, and forms some suggestions for the training system of surgical ERCP, in order to provide an important basis for the establishment of standardized training mode of surgical ERCP in China. |
