Purpose of the guideline：

Experts at home and abroad have published consensus and recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of DKD, which provides important guidance for nephrologists in the prevention and treatment of DKD, but it still needs to be updated, especially for this special group of patients with DM complicated with CKD, how to accurately and rationally use drugs, standardize diagnosis and treatment, detailed management and so on still need to be improved, which is also the key problem that urgently needs to be solved in our clinical work. In addition, with the development of new technology in clinical medicine, the continuous updating of knowledge about DKD, especially the research and development and utilization of new drugs, expand the new strategy of clinical diagnosis and treatment of DKD. Therefore, it is of great clinical significance to update and formulate guidelines that can provide comprehensive guidance for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of DKD in China.The purpose of this guideline is to further strengthen the understanding of DKD, standardize the DKD diagnosis and treatment system, formulate reasonable treatment principles, guide accurate clinical medication, delay the progression of kidney disease, improve the quality of life of patients, and provide reference for the majority of nephrologists in clinical work . |
