| 指南制订的目的： | 通过对国内外现有的缺血性脑卒中急性期治疗和管理的相关指南遵循指南评价方法进行严格质量评价，并结合临床证据和专家意见，针对国内静脉溶栓过程中存在的问题提出规范建议，形成适合我国国情的急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓护理标准，为护理人员及相关临床工作者提供科学、安全、经济有效的实践规范，以便最大程度地改善患者的预后，改善生活质量并降低医疗成本，达到患者、医务人员共赢的目标。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | According to the existing guidelines for the treatment and management of acute ischemic stroke patients at home and abroad, strict quality evaluation was carried out by following the guideline evaluation method, and combined with clinical evidence and expert opinions. Standard suggestions were put forward for the problems existing in the process of intravenous thrombolysis, so as to form the nursing standard of intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke suitable for China's national conditions. These provide reference for nursing staff and related departments clinical workers provide scientific, safe, economic and effective practice norms, in order to maximize the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life and reduce medical costs, to achieve the win-win goal of patients and medical staff. |
