证据分级方法: The quality of evidence for the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of fibromyalgia was evaluated by GRADE method.According to the GRADE method, the quality of evidence is divided into four grades: high, medium, low and very low.Recommendation intensity is divided into: strong recommendation and weak recommendation [6].In the grading process of GRADE evidence quality, five factors were considered, including bias risk, consistency, accuracy, publication bias, and indirection, and three factors were considered, including large effect size, confounding factor bias, and dose effect.Present the evidence through the evidence summary table.

指南制订的目的: 为进一步提升临床对FMS的重视,更有效地指导医生对FMS进行规范管理,为此专家组制定了《纤维肌痛综合征诊疗指南》。本指南仅代表联合共识小组的观点,对规范中西医结合诊治有一定的参考价值。旨在推动风湿科、疼痛科、心理课、神经科等相关科室临床医师高度重视FMS的综合管理和早期FMS症状的识别及干预,早筛查、早评估、早干预、早治疗,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Purpose of the guideline: In order to further enhance clinical attention to FMS and guide doctors to conduct standardized management of FMS more effectively, the expert group formulated the Fibromyalgia Syndrome Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines.This guide only represents the views of the joint consensus group, and has certain reference value to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The aim is to promote clinicians in rheumatology, pain, psychology, neurology and other relevant departments to attach great importance to the comprehensive management of FMS and the recognition and intervention of early FMS symptoms, early screening, early assessment, early intervention and early treatment, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
