Purpose of the guideline: |
With the significant increase in the incidence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in Chinese children, the incidence of perianal Crohn's disease (pCD) also increases. The domestic and international research on the diagnosis and treatment of IBD in children has made rapid progress, and the level of diagnosis and treatment of IBD has been greatly improved, but the treatment of pCD, especially severe perianal diseases, still faces challenges. The Gastroenterology Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the South-Central Children's Digestive System Disease Alliance organized some domestic experts to discuss and compile this expert consensus to provide guidance for the clinical management of children with pCD. |
