| 指南制订的目的： | 自《中国慢性鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南（2018）》公布以来，国内外在慢性鼻窦炎（CRS）的诊断、治疗方案、预后评估等方面均取得了新进展，出现了更多的临床循证医学数据。为了适应不断变化的临床发展需求，将最新研究进展更好地应用于指导临床实践，中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志编委会鼻科组联合中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会鼻科学组，拟启动新一轮的CRS指南修订工作，为我国临床医生针对CRS的诊断和治疗提供更为科学规范的诊治参考意见。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Since the publication of the "Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis (2018)", new progress has been made in the diagnosis, treatment plans, prognosis evaluation, and other aspects of chronic sinusitis (CRS) both domestically and internationally, and more clinical evidence-based medical data has emerged. In order to adapt to the constantly changing clinical development needs and better apply the latest research progress to guide clinical practice, the Subspecialty Group of Rhinology, Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, together with the Subspecialty Group of Rhinology, Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Chinese Medical Association, plans to launch a new round of CRS guideline revision work, providing more scientific and standardized diagnosis and treatment reference opinions for clinical doctors in China regarding CRS. |
