| Purpose of the guideline： | The consensus mainly focuses on pharmaceutical management of immunosuppressive application after organ transplantation, drug management of infection prevention and treatment, metabolic disease complications, tumor, and comprehensive management of quality of life. The aim of the consensus is to improve long-term follow-up and management level after transplantation, promote standardization and homogenization of pharmaceutical care and practice after transplantation, and improve the quality of life and long-term survival of transplant recipients. |
