| Purpose of the guideline: | threatened abortion is one of the common pregnancy diseases in obstetrics and gynecology, with an incidence of up to 25% among pregnant women, nearly half of whom may eventually progress to inevitable abortion [1], which seriously affects patients' physical and mental health. For such patients, timely and effective treatment is the key to continue pregnancy. Currently, progesterone supplement is a common means of modern medical treatment of threatened abortion. The medical treatment of threatened abortion in China has a long history and a sound theoretical system. On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, combined with modern medical technology, the advantages of Chinese and western medicine in the collaborative diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion are increasingly significant. At present, the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued the guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of fetal leakage and fetal disturbance in 2012, and the Reproductive Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association issued the Clinical Practice Guidelines on Progesterone Maintenance of Pregnancy and Corpus luteum in 2021. These guidelines have played a positive role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion and the improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment level. At present, the diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion is still the focus of experts' research, and a large number of practice shows that the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has advantages, but the clinical lack of traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment suggestions, so how to standardize the characteristics of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plan, the complementary advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plan has become a clinical problem to be solved. According to the steps of evidence-based medicine, this diagnosis and treatment guideline is formulated by searching domestic and foreign literature on threatened abortion, evaluating literature quality, forming recommendation opinions according to GRADE grade, setting up a panel, and consulting expert opinions by combining the questionnaire survey of experts with Delphi method to form recommended guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion. So as to clarify the diagnostic connotation of traditional Chinese and western medicine (disease name, diagnostic criteria), standardize the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese and western medicine, and standardize the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of integrated Chinese and western medicine. As an important supplement to the existing guidelines, it is expected to further improve the diagnosis and treatment level of threatened abortion, standardize clinical medical behavior, save medical resources, promote maternal and child health care, and more accurately reflect the advantages of clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine. Explore and practice the ideas and methods of integrated Chinese and western medicine to ensure the normalization, science and feasibility of treatment to the maximum extent. |
