| 指南制订的目的： | 腹腔内高压（IAH）和急性腹腔间隔是综合征（ACS）在急诊危重症患者中常见，可由多种原因引起，并可导致 严重后果。急诊环境相对复杂，医师容易忽略对IAH/ACS的监测和治疗，导致严重后果。本共识旨在为急诊医务人员提供关于腹内压监测，以及IAH/ACS治疗方面的指导意见。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Intra-abdominal Hypertension (IAH) and acute compartment syndrome (ACS), with multiple etiologies, were commonly seen in critically ill patients in the Emergency settings. Monitoring and treatment of IAH/ACS was easily negalected by emergency physicians and leading to severe consequences. This concensus was aimed to provide instructions for intra-abdominal pressure monitoring and IAH/ACS diagnosis and treatment for emergency physicians and nurses. |
