| 指南制订的目的： | DKA作为儿童糖尿病非常常见的急性并发症，在新发T1DM的发生率约为50%，虽然已经越来越受到家长和儿科医生的重视，但有效安全的纠正DKA的治疗，尤其是对重症DKA治疗以及DKA治疗的并发症（如脑水肿）仍然面临很大挑战。我们计划制定的指南重点在于解决儿童DKA尤其是重症DKA治疗时重要临床问题，更准确实用的指导广大相关医务工作者的临床工作 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | As a very common acute complication of childhood diabetes, DKA has an incidence of about 50% in new-onset T1DM. Although it has been paid more and more attention by parents and pediatricians, the treatment of DKA is effective and safe, especially for severe DKA. Treatment and complications of DKA therapy, such as cerebral edema, remain challenging. The guidelines we plan to formulate focus on solving important clinical problems in the treatment of children's DKA, especially severe DKA, and more accurately and practically guide the clinical work of the majority of relevant medical workers. |
