| 指南制订的目的： | 乳腺组织定位标记夹（Breast tissue marker clip）是一种在超声（Ultrasound, US）、X线（Mammogram, MMG）及磁共振（Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI）下可见的组织标记物，通常由纯金属或金属联合高分子材料制成，可在超声或X线引导下精准标记定位乳腺原发病灶及腋窝转移淋巴结。为进一步规范和提高经皮穿刺乳腺组织定位标记夹的临床应用，中华医学会外科学分会乳腺外科学组通过意见征集与专家讨论确定了乳腺组织定位标记夹临床实践的关键问题，参照GRADE（Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation）系统对相关证据进行评价，结合中国国情下的可及性，制定《中华医学会外科学分会乳腺外科学组（CSBrS）可视化经皮穿刺乳腺组织定位标记夹临床实践指南（2021版）》，旨在为中国乳腺外科医师临床工作提供参考。 |
| Purpose of the guideline： | Breast tissue clip is a kind of tissue marker visible under ultrasound (US), mammogram (MMG), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and could be used to precisely mark the breast lesions and axillary lymph nodes (LN) under US or MMG guidance.[1] In order to standardize the clinical application of tissue clip, the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery (CSBrS) identified key clinical issues and developed this clinical practice guideline after evaluating the evidence with reference to the GRADE (ie, Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation) system and the accessibility in clinical practice. |
