Purpose of the guideline: With the development of the national sports, the incidence rate of Achilles tendon rupture has increased year by year, which has caused heavy burden on the social economy. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have made continuous progress in the understanding of Achilles tendon rupture, and the diagnosis and treatment methods have also been improved. However, there are still many controversies about the best diagnosis and treatment method of Achilles tendon rupture, which brings great trouble to clinical work.
